The "EUROPA 6000" series is a sliding Hybrid System

It combines flexibility and economy in construction, with perfect finishing and ultimate functionality, using the new stainless steel guide.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The "EUROPA 6000" series is a sliding Hybrid System with straight lines of design, covering both the trends of the modern market and the replacement of the old recessed frames.
It is a reliable solution that is suitable for the construction of small-size frames with a high level of thermal insulation, with a Uf = 3.8 W / m2K (according to the relevant certificate of the German IFT Rosenheim laboratory).
It combines flexibility and economy in construction, with impeccable finishing and ultimate functionality.
Thermal insulation of profiles is achieved by the use of 20 mm polyamides in the sheets and 22 mm in the guides.
Sealing the sheets with the guides is achieved with brushes.
In the mosque and the blind we use the EUROPA roll.
With a plastic wheel the load capacity is 130 Kg while with the inox wheel the load capacity reaches 150 Kg.
The life span in both cases reaches 10,000 cycles.
Sheet rolls slide onto the guides on a stainless steel plate, or anodized aluminum profiles (U) or (O), respectively.
Window-glazing panels are internally locked in the shock absorber locking area with adjustable head for smooth closing on the guide.
To lock the sheets, we can use the classic EUROPA lock (spatula or handful) as well as the new lock with POWER LOCK frame or alternatively the ROTO frame lock.
The profile is processed in the PIEJA specially formulated press 6000.
